ASL LAW is proud to be the sponsor for the first Vietnam ADR Week 2023 which is co-hosted by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) and the Vietnam Business Lawyers Club (VBLC) to provide a platform for sharing practical experience and knowledge about risk prevention, management, and dispute resolution methods. The event will be held from May 8 to May 12, 2023, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
ASL LAW shall be the organiser for the panel discussion: “Litigation in International Commercial Disputes – Comparative Views and Challenges in Asia”.
This is one of the primary areas of expertise for ASL LAW.
