At the beginning of the year, on January 28, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 117/QD-BCT on the end-of-term review of the application of safeguard measures in the ER02.SG06 case. It is known that the application of safeguard measures to DAP fertilizer products has HS code: 3105.10.20; 3105.10.90; 3105.20.00; 3105.30.00; 305.40.00; 3105.51.00; 3105.59.00 and 3105.90.00 imported into Vietnam were issued on March 2, 2018, with Decision No. 686/QD-BCT. Accordingly, to support Vietnamese businesses, the Trade Remedies Department will organize a public consultation session on the end-of-term review of safeguard measures for DAP and MAP fertilizers imported into Vietnam.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the Government’s Decree No. 10/2010/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018 detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding trade remedies, the Trade Remedies Department (Investigating Authority) will hold a consultation session so that stakeholders can present their case in a clear, complete, public and transparent manner so that they can receive timely support.
It is known that the consultation session will take place from 14:00 to 17:00 on Friday, June 24, 2022, with the official language being Vietnamese at Meeting Room 904, 25 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Stakeholders wishing to attend the consultation session need to register to participate through the Consultation Application Form (made according to the given form) sent by post or email to the Investigating Authority before 5:00 p.m. on June 16, 2022.
Each successfully registered party can send up to 3 representatives to participate in the consultation session.

This consultation session is not mandatory and all stakeholders not present at the consultation session will still be guaranteed their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.
