The Vietnam Bar Federation has just decided to establish specialized working groups. Lawyer Pham Duy Khuong of ASL LAW Firm was honored to be selected by the Vietnam Bar Federation to join the Working Group on Intellectual Property.
The specialized working group is a new organizational model established by the Vietnam Bar Federation. Working groups include: working group on criminal, commercial and intellectual property. Joining the working group are highly reputable lawyers in each field of practice. The role of each working group will be discussed, agreed upon and put into operation.
The working group on intellectual property has functions, tasks and powers in accordance with the Law on Lawyers, the Charter and other regulations of the Vietnam Bar Federation.
Lawyer Pham Duy Khuong was honored to be selected to the Working Group on Intellectual Property along with many other prestigious law colleagues.
Specifically, based on the Law on Lawyers, the Charter of the Vietnam Bar Federation, the unanimous opinion of the Union Standing Committee on the basis of Report No. 17/TTr-VPLD dated May 12, 2022 and Report No. 21/TTr-VPLD dated May 19, 2022 of the Office of the Vietnam Bar Federation, the Vietnam Bar Federation issued Decision No. 94/QD-LDLSVN on the establishment of a Working Group on Intellectual Property consisting of lawyers with the following names:
1) Atty. Tran Manh Hung, Managing Partner of BMVN International Law Firm (Baker & McKenzie Vietnam) – Group Leader.
2) Atty. Le Xuan Thao, Director of T&T Invenmark International Intellectual Property Co., Ltd – Member.
3) Atty. Quach Minh Tri, Member of BMVN International Law Firm (Baker & McKenzie Vietnam) – Member.
4) Atty. Le Quang Vinh, Member Lawyer of BROSS and Partners Law Firm (BROSS & Partners) – Member.
