The Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam has announced its receipt of applications requesting a review of anti-dumping measures imposed on certain cold-rolled (cold-reduced) steel products in coils or sheets originating from China. Interested parties are entitled to submit applications in accordance with Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP, with the deadline for receipt of applications set at 25 November 2026.
Background of the Case
On 26 December 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3765/QD-BCT on the final results of the expiry review of anti-dumping measures imposed on certain cold-rolled (cold-reduced) steel products in coils or sheets originating from China.
Pursuant to Article 51 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (the Investigating Authority) has announced its receipt of applications requesting a review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to products covered by the case.
Eligible Applicants and Filing Requirements
Under Article 56 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP, interested parties are entitled to submit applications requesting a review of anti-dumping measures.
Review applications must contain all information and supporting documents required under Clause 1, Article 57 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP.
Deadline and Recommendations for Businesses
The deadline for receiving review applications is 25 November 2026.
Cold-rolled steel manufacturers and exporters from China, importers and other interested parties should proactively review their business operations, assess their interests in relation to the anti-dumping measures and prepare their applications in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
