On August 3, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1989/QD-BCT regarding the results of the first review of anti-dumping and countervailing measures on certain sugar products imported from the Kingdom of Thailand (case code: AR02.AC02.AD13-AS01).
According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 58 of Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP of the Government on trade remedy measures, stakeholders have the right to submit a request for a review within 60 days before the expiration of one year from the date of the official anti-dumping decision or the most recent anti-dumping review decision.
Based on this procedure, the Trade Remedies Authority received a dossier from Wilmar Sugar Co., Ltd., requesting a review of anti-circumvention measures for certain sugar products.
