On May 21, 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) issued a decision to extend the review period in the third review of the anti-dumping measures applied to certain H-shaped steel products originating from China (case code AR03.AD03).
According to the decision, the deadline for completing the investigation has been extended by an additional three months, until August 21, 2026, in order to allow more time for a comprehensive and objective assessment of issues arising during the review process.
Previously, the third review investigation was initiated under a decision issued on November 21, 2025, concerning the anti-dumping measures currently imposed on certain H-shaped steel products imported from China.
H-shaped steel is an important material used in industrial construction, steel structures, transport infrastructure, factories, and large-scale projects.
