On 5 November 2025, the Trade Remedies Authority released Notice No. 237/TB-PVTM regarding the issuance of the investigation questionnaire for domestic producers and importers. Under the original schedule, the deadline for submitting questionnaire responses was set before 17:00 on 12 December 2025.
Following requests for an extension from several domestic producers, the investigating authority approved an extension of the deadline for domestic producers and importers to submit their questionnaire responses. The new deadline is before 17:00 on 12 January 2026 (Hanoi time). After this cutoff, the authority may rely on available facts in accordance with Vietnam’s trade remedy regulations.
All other requirements remain unchanged and continue to follow the guidance provided in the investigation questionnaire issued with Notice No. 237/TB-PVTM dated 5 November 2025.
