The Vietnam Department of Trade Remedies announced the minutes of public consultation in the case of the final review of the application of safeguard measures for imported DAP and MAP fertilizers

On June 24, 2022, the Department of Trade Remedies announced the minutes of public consultation during the public consultation session with related parties of the investigation process in the case of the final review of the application of safeguard measures for imported DAP and MAP fertilizers.

Based on Clause 2, Article 96 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management No. 05/2017/QH14 dated June 12, 2017, and Article 69 of Decree No. 10/2018/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management, the Vietnam Department of Trade Remedies has carried out the investigation procedures and order in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law on the final review of the application of the safeguard measures against imported DAP and MAP fertilizers.

The public consultation session was held with the participation of many parties involved in the case. In it, relevant parties presented opinions and provided important information to support the Investigation Agency with the issuance of the final conclusions.

Minutes of public consultation in the case of the final review of the application of safeguard measures for imported DAP and MAP fertilizers

Based on the provisions of Clause 5, Article 13 of Decree 10/2018/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018, within 15 days from the date of holding the public consultation session, the Investigation Agency – Department of Trade Remedies has sent the Minutes of public consultation to the parties involved in the investigation and review of the application of safeguard measures against imported DAP and MAP fertilizers.
