The JB Financial Group from Korea has completed a strategic investment deal in Infina. The signing ceremony for the strategic investment was held at the headquarters of JB Securities Vietnam. ASL LAW proudly advised JB Financial Group on the M&A deal.
According to information from the leadership of both sides, this investment aims to strengthen the strategic cooperation relationship previously established between JB Securities Vietnam (a subsidiary of JB Financial Group in Vietnam) and Infina, a prominent financial technology platform in Vietnam. At the same time, it also aims to enhance synergies in business operations in the Asian region for both JB and Infina.
During the signing ceremony, representatives from JB Securities Vietnam (JBSV) and Infina committed to active cooperation to create synergistic strengths for both parties and bring benefits to customers in Vietnam and other markets in the future.
For JB, collaborating with Infina, the first Fintech company in Vietnam in which JBFG has invested, signals the deep integration of JB Financial Group into Vietnam, marking the beginning of expanding cooperation with the technology market through other Fintech partners in Vietnam. It is expected that the high-potential stock market of Vietnam will be a solid pillar for JB to expand its customer base and provide a better investment experience for them.
For Infina, choosing to collaborate with JB Financial Group and JBSV stems from JB’s flexibility in making important decisions. With JB’s support, Infina is expected to fulfill its mission of connecting Vietnamese users and businesses with useful and efficient financial products, ensuring the rights of investors.
