She also had time working as an in-house lawyer which has been enable her to deeply understand the clients’ legal needs and thus, she can render an effective legal advice for enterprises. Prior to joining ASL Law Firm, Lawyer Tram has worked as a Senior Associate for a well-known Japanese law firm for several years

  • Advising and representing a Korean investor at the court for the dispute settlement relating to a copper sale and purchase contract in Dong Nai province;
  • Advising a sale and purchase agreement (with the contractual value up to USD 4 million) between  a big Vietnamese bank and a Pakistan E-banking system supplier;
  • Advising a Vietnamese investor to acquire 20% of share of a Japanese investor in Supermarket in Vietnam;
  • Advising a Syndicated Loan Agreement jointly funded by different foreign banks for a project in Thai Binh province;
  • Advising and representing a Hong Kong investor to remit their investment capital back to Hong Kong through a foreign bank in Vietnam;
  • Advising and representing a reputable Korean construction corporation at the court to settle the dispute with a big Vietnamese construction corporation on the matter of delayed payment with the amount of more than USD 4 million under a FIDIC contract signed by the two parties;
  • Advising a Japanese human resource company on acquisition of significant shares in one of the biggest Vietnamese employment outsourcing companies (L&A Investment);
  • Advising a big Japanese technology corporation to acquire all assets of a joint stock technology company in Vietnam;
  • Advising one of the biggest Japanese motorcycle manufacturer in Vietnam on the matter of competition laws related to the agency agreements;
  • Advising a big multiple-sector Japanese corporation on acquisition of 36% of share in one Vietnamese agriculture company in Lam Dong province;
  • Advising a Japanese bank to acquire 18% of share of a Korean shareholder in a financial leasing company in Vietnam;
  • Advising an American investor invested in a high-tech project in Da Nang to withdraw his investment in Vietnam and repatriation of investment capital back to the USA.
  • Advising a Japanese investor to acquire 100% of share of a Japanese invested enterprise in Vietnam conducting food and beverage business activities;
  • Advising a Japanese investor to acquire 90% of share of a foreign invested enterprise (Thailand) in Vietnam which produces wooden product in industrial zone in Binh Dinh Province.
