Vietnam National Television interviewed Lawyer Pham Duy Khuong about Draft Circular of Vietnam products

Lawyer Pham Duy Khuong answered VTV on draft circular on products of Vietnam, made in Vietnam

Lawyer Pham Duy Khuong said that the circular on Made In Vietnam regulation is necessary. However lawyer Pham Duy Khuong worries about the implementation of circular. He added that it is not necessary to have regulations for all products traded locally.

Lawyer Pham Duy Khuong suggested that the Ministry of Trade should figure out the other criteria as Designed in Vietnam, Packaged in Vietnam, Products of Vietnam .ect

Mr. Le Tien Truong, General Director of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group said that it shall be rather easy for this industry to meet the requirement to label their products as Made In Vietnam

Ms. Bui Kim Thuy appreciated the Draft circular and believed that this could help the current situation
