On October 16, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3013/QD-BCT on the conduct of the sunset review of the anti-dumping measure applied to certain polyester long filament products originating from the Republic of India, the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia, and the People’s Republic of China (Case No. ER01.AD10).
Accordingly, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (the Investigating Authority) has sent the Review Questionnaire to foreign producers and exporters for whom the Authority has available information. The deadline for submitting responses is December 12, 2025 (Hanoi time).
The Investigating Authority encourages all relevant producers and exporters to actively participate and fully cooperate throughout the review process to ensure the protection of their legitimate rights and interests. Information provided in the responses will serve as the basis for the Authority to consider sampling and defining the scope of the review where necessary.
In cases where the Investigating Authority does not receive timely responses or where the information submitted is inaccurate or incomplete, the review conclusions will be made on the basis of available facts in accordance with Article 75 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.
All information and data submitted during the questionnaire response process, as well as the parties’ rights to access such information, will be handled and kept confidential in accordance with the Law on Foreign Trade Management and its implementing regulations.
Detailed instructions on how to complete the questionnaire, the format, and the submission deadline are provided in the Review Questionnaire. Enterprises are advised to carefully read the instructions and ensure timely submission to facilitate the review process.
