The deadline for stakeholders to submit their questionnaire responses is before 5:00 PM, September 13, 2024 (Hanoi time).
To ensure their rights and interests, domestic producers and importers involved in the end-of-term review of plastic products should proactively register to participate in the review if they have not been notified as mandatory respondents.
The content of the responses will serve as a basis for the investigating authority to consider selecting samples and limiting the scope of the investigation if necessary. In cases where the investigating authority does not receive timely responses, or if the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete, the authority may use available information to reach conclusions, which is often disadvantageous for businesses.
Therefore, companies need to carefully read the instructions before responding and submit their responses on time. If necessary, they should consult a reputable law firm specializing in anti-dumping and trade remedies.
