On June 14, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1535/QD-BCT on the investigation into the application of anti-dumping measures on coated steel products from China and South Korea (Case No. AD19).
The Trade Remedies Authority has sent the official investigation questionnaire to foreign producers/exporters known to the investigating agency to respond to the questionnaire. The deadline for responding to the investigation questionnaire is before 5:00 PM on August 7, 2024 (Hanoi time).
The methods for answering sections of the questionnaire, submission format, and submission deadline are detailed in the Questionnaire for Enterprises. To ensure their rights, relevant enterprises must carefully read the instructions and follow them, submitting their responses on time.
Additionally, enterprises should fully and actively cooperate with the investigating agency throughout the entire process and consider contacting reputable law firms specializing in anti-dumping and trade remedies for timely support.
If the investigating agency does not receive timely responses from foreign producers/exporters or if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, the investigating agency will use available information to draw conclusions.
