On 13 February 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 235/QD-BCT, under which anti-dumping measures were officially imposed on certain imported table and chair products originating from China, while the investigation into the application of anti-dumping measures on like products originating from Malaysia was terminated (case code: AD16).
Pursuant to Article 51 of Government Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding trade remedy measures, the Trade Remedies Authority, in its capacity as the investigating authority, hereby announces the receipt of applications requesting a review of the application of anti-dumping duties on the above-mentioned products, as submitted by interested parties.
In accordance with Article 56 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP, interested parties are entitled to submit applications for review. Applications must be properly prepared and accompanied by the information and documents required under Clause 1 Article 57 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP.
The final deadline for the investigating authority to receive applications for review is 11 January 2026.
Applications for review may be submitted directly or sent by post to the investigating authority.
