Enterprises manufacturing, importing, and trading prestressed steel strands should proactively review Decision No. 2927/QD-BCT and the accompanying Notice to determine the scope of covered goods, the enterprises subject to the measures, and the applicable anti-dumping duty rates following the review.
In particular, enterprises importing products covered by the case from China should verify the relevant manufacturers, exporters, and corresponding duty rates, while updating any changes to their tax obligations to proactively adjust their import plans and business operations.
To protect their legitimate interests, manufacturers and exporters should familiarize themselves with the procedure and actively contact Vietnam Antidumping Law Firm specializing in anti-dumping and trade remedy for timely assistance.
