The Ministry of Industry and Trade is collecting opinions on the Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 10/2018/TT-BCT detailing a number of articles of Decree No. 40/2018/ND-CP of the Government on multi-level marketing management. As for the knowledge test for local representatives, the test with less than 70 points for the multiple-choice tests and less than 50 points for an essay test is unsatisfactory.
