If patent meets the conditions of protection, it shall be granted patent. What is sample of patent in Vietnam? 

The patent certificate in Vietnam shall include the following information: Name of applicant, title of patent, number of claims, application number, filing date, publication date, issuing date and granting date.

Patent after being granted in Vietnam shall be valid for 20 years counted from the filing date. The patent owner need to pay the annuity fee to keep the validity.
