Legal Internship Scholarship (3rd Batch): ASL LAW recruits Law Interns

ASL LAW Firm is the convergence of famous and highly ranked lawyers and legal experts in many extensive legal fields in Vietnam and internationally. Following the successfully previous internship scholarships, ASL LAW now conducts granting of Law Internship Scholarship (3rd Batch) in 2023.

ASL LAW is one of the leading law firms in Vietnam, highly appreciated by world law firm ranking organizations such as Legal500, ASIA LAW, Asia Business Law Journal for many consecutive years, especially in the field of M&A, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Enterprise, Labor and Tax.

ASL LAW is the convergence point of famous and highly ranked lawyers and legal experts in many extensive legal fields not only in Vietnam but also from many countries around the world, especially ASEAN countries, China, USA, EU and Canada.

With the desire to create development conditions for Law students to have the opportunity to approach the real working environment, properly oriented on the career development path, from 2022, ASL LAW has awarded the scholarship opportunity for more than 20 interns for Vietnamese Law students and 02 international students to practice at the company.

At the end of 02 internship scholarships, with methodical training content, diverse legal fields, highly practical, built by experienced local and international lawyers and consultants, the scholarship received many positive recognitions from the interns and gave the opportunity to officially work at the law firm for a number of individuals with excellent achievements.

Following the success of the scholarship program, ASL LAW continues the 3rd Batch of Internship Scholarship program, by selecting 12 excellent candidates with the following criteria:

Workplace	:	ASL LAW – Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Branch
Address:	:	Hanoi: 12th Floor, Tower 319, 63 Le Van Luong street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi city, Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh: 09th Floor, Perfect Building, 150 Le Thi Hong Gam, Cau Ong Lanh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Position	:	Interns
Department	:	Business, Commerce, Litigation, Arbitration and M&A Intellectual Property
Work schedule	:	8 hours/day from Monday to Friday each week

Requirements	:	4th year students or recent university graduates majoring in Law (domestic and international). Accepting foreign students studying in Vietnam or internationally. Able to research and analyze legal issues.  Able to work under pressure, high responsibility at work, eager to learn. Able to use English fluently, especially writing skills.
Allowance	:	3.000.000 – 4.000.000 VND/month/intern
Internship form	:	Full-time
Internship time	:	2-3 months
Rights	:	Directly trained by a team of experienced local and international lawyers and legal consultants with a methodical plan for each working week, suitable for each individual to promote personal strengths and career orientation . Directly support Lawyers, legal consultants with practical work, at the request of clients with diverse fields, focusing on Enterprise, Investment, Labor, International Commercial Contract, Litigation, Arbitration, Anti-Dumping and Intellectual Property.  The best trainee will receive a certificate of “Excellent Intern” certified by ASL LAW and have the opportunity to become an employee of the law firm at the end of the internship. Other outstanding interns will have the opportunity to extend their sponsored internship period, to be trained by other Lawyers with extensive legal experience at law firm-sponsored costs.  To participate in the law firm’s extracurricular activities.
