Our advice and ASL LAW’s estimates to accomplish the scope of work are based on the following key assumptions and dependencies listed in this section as well as throughout the advice. Any deviation from these assumptions or assumptions found to be invalid could have an effect on Scope of work, Estimated Schedule, Charges and other terms. In such case, any changes in our Scope of work, Estimated Schedule, Charges etc. will be managed through the Procedure for Amendment as mutually agreed in writing by two parties. Deviations that arise during the Service shall be managed via the same procedure.

1. FRANCHISE IN VIETNAM
1.1 Scope of Work
We could help you review your franchise and record the franchise agreement with Vietnamese Authority. The franchisors from abroad have to franchise registration in Vietnam with Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In franchising registration in Vietnam, we support clients in preparing and submitting documents at Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade. The necessary documents and timeframe for registration are described in the following table:
