In the latest issue of Patent Lawyer Magazine, ASL Law has been recognized as one of the top 10 Vietnam Patent Law Firm for the year 2023.
Each year, Patent Lawyer Magazine conducts extensive research to identify the leading law firms in the field of intellectual property in general and patents in particular in each territory, acknowledging the efforts and improvements that firms have made and assisting clients in selecting the best firm for their needs.
The selection process by Patent Lawyer Magazine is conducted through the Top 10 ranking system, wherein 10 leading law firms are voted for each country.
The top 10 law firms are listed alphabetically, meaning that the firm ranked first does not indicate superiority over those ranked lower. Ranked law firms may purchase a Ranking Package, but they cannot pay to be listed in Patent Lawyer Magazine’s rankings.
The voting process is objective, entirely free from solicitation or manipulation through fee payments for ranking.
When compiling the ranking of the top 10 patent law firms, Patent Lawyer Magazine considers various aspects, including:
- Current market reputation in a specific field.
- Citations and achievements in the past year.
- Specialization in specific areas and unique strengths.
- Accessibility and communication.
- Customer reviews and recommendations.
- Consistency of marketing materials and active participation in social platforms.
- Website ranking.
- Performance, diversity, and independence of the firm.
- Third-party rankings and recognition of achievements.
- Legal activities (e.g., associations, conferences, webinars).
