Soul of Law 2024: Mergers & Acquisitions
The Soul of Law 2024 competition, centered around the theme of Mergers & Acquisitions, has reached its final stages after two months of rigorous challenges. This 12th edition of the competition continues to affirm its status as a leading event in the field of Economic Law, offering valuable experiences to hundreds of contestants nationwide.
In its quest for continuous improvement and differentiation, the Soul of Law 2024 Grand Finale boasts the most rigorous format in the competition’s 12-year history. Only the six best contestants will compete in two challenging rounds to determine the ultimate champion.
Final Results of Soul of Law 2024
The competition featured two intense stages. Stage 1, Answering Quick Questions, ended after extremely tense moments, with both teams delivering excellent and engaging performances. Stage 2, the final race, saw the two teams acting as Plaintiffs and Defendants to conduct litigation by arbitration on a hypothetical dispute scenario provided by the Organizing Committee.
The final of Soul of Law 2024 concluded with Team PALLAS emerging as the champion, a testament to their effort and hard work. Team QNH secured the runner-up position. Team PALLAS also received the Most Popular Team and Best Advisory Report awards, while Dang Quynh Ngan was honored as the contestant with Best Litigation Performance.
Team PALLAS captivated the jury and all participants with their sharp intelligence, strong bravery, and high determination. Their victory in Soul of Law 2024 is a well-deserved recognition of the effort they have put in throughout the competition.
