Pursuant to Articles 12, 13, and 17 of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT dated May 15, 2025, of the Minister of Industry and Trade detailing several provisions on trade remedy measures (Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT), on October 1, 2025, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) issued Notice No. 170/TB-PVTM on the receipt of exemption applications for the year 2026 from enterprises that meet the conditions for exemption from the application of trade remedy measures in specific cases as listed in the attached appendix.
The exemption application dossier includes documents stipulated in Article 16 and Appendix II of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT.
Note: In cases where enterprises granted exemptions for the year 2025 are about to exhaust their approved exemption quantities, they may submit supplementary exemption dossiers in accordance with Clause 4, Article 17 of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT at any time during 2025.
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 17 and Article 18 of Circular No. 26/2025/TT-BCT, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam requests enterprises to submit exemption applications for the year 2026 within the prescribed deadline via the online public service portal https://dichvucong.moit.gov.vn, by direct submission, or by post.
