In early July 2024, the Directorate General of Imports, Ministry of Trade of Turkey (DGI) will hold an end-of-term review hearing on the anti-dumping investigation of conveyor belts from Vietnam, China, and India.
The conveyor belt products exported from Vietnam to Turkey are classified under HS codes 4010.32, 4010.34, and 4010.39.
The hearing is scheduled to take place at 2:30 PM on July 2, 2024 (Turkish time). Interested parties can register to participate online. The registration deadline is June 28, 2024. The hearing will be conducted in Turkish. Participants are required to arrange for their own interpreters or necessary translation tools to actively listen and participate, providing their opinions during the hearing.
To protect their interests, Vietnamese manufacturers and exporters involved in the case should proactively participate in the hearing to gather the latest useful information related to the investigation. They should fully and comprehensively cooperate to demonstrate that they are not dumping or are dumping at a low margin (if applicable).
