On August 21, 2017, the Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Decision No. 3283/QD-BCT imposing official anti-dumping duties on certain H-beam steel products originating from the People’s Republic of China.
Subsequently, on August 19, 2022, the Minister issued Decision No. 1640/QD-BCT on the final review results of the anti-dumping measures applied to the aforementioned products. This Decision took effect on September 6, 2022.
Pursuant to Article 51 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam – the investigating authority – hereby announces the receipt of a request for review of the anti-dumping measures imposed on certain H-beam steel products originating from China.
In accordance with Article 56 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP, interested parties have the right to submit a request for review. The content of the request must fully meet the requirements stipulated in Clause 1, Article 57 of the same Decree.
The deadline for submitting the request is August 4, 2025.
