Pursuant to Article 70 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management 2017 and Article 14 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding trade remedies, the Investigating Authority will organize a public consultation session in the anti-dumping investigation concerning certain wood fiberboard products originating from the Kingdom of Thailand and the People’s Republic of China (case code: AD21), as follows:
Time: 09:00 – 12:00, Friday, November 07, 2025 (Hanoi time).
Venue: Tentatively at 2nd Floor, Building B, Headquarters at 54 Hai Ba Trung Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi (specific meeting room to be announced later).
Form: In-person and online.
Language: The official language of the consultation is Vietnamese. Parties concerned may use another language, provided interpretation into Vietnamese is available. Any information or documents submitted in a language other than Vietnamese must be translated into Vietnamese. The concerned parties shall ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of such translations and bear legal responsibility for the translated content.
Deadline for submission of registration and consultation content
- Registration deadline: By the end of October 31, 2025 (Hanoi time).
- Consultation content submission deadline: By the end of October 31, 2025 (if any).
The registration form (attached) and consultation content (if any) must be submitted via the Investigating Authority’s online trade remedy case management system (TRAV ONLINE – https://online.trav.gov.vn) within the deadline specified in this Notice. Only registrations received by October 31, 2025 (Hanoi time) will be considered.
In addition, after submitting documents via TRAV ONLINE, companies may also send the registration form and consultation content (if any) in writing or by email within the deadline specified in this Notice.
