- The investigation questionnaires are publicly available on the Trade Remedies Authority’s Online Filing System (https://online.trav.gov.vn), the Authority’s official portal (www.pvtm.gov.vn), and the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s website (www.moit.gov.vn).
- Deadline for submission of questionnaire responses: before 17:00, October 13, 2025 (Hanoi time).
- Methods of submission:
o Online via the Trade Remedies Authority’s Online Filing System: https://online.trav.gov.vn;
o Detailed requirements and submission guidelines are provided in Annex 3 and accompanying documents of the investigation questionnaire.
The Investigating Authority requests that domestic producers and relevant importers actively participate and provide complete responses to ensure the protection of their rights and interests. The information provided in the responses will serve as an important basis for the Investigating Authority’s consideration and conclusions. In cases where responses are not submitted on time, or where information is incomplete or inaccurate, the Investigating Authority will apply the provisions on non-cooperation under Article 9 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP.
Note: For importers of the investigated goods, in addition to completing the questionnaire, it is necessary to promptly inform their exporting partners in India to participate in responding to the questionnaire for foreign producers/exporters, in order to safeguard their legitimate interests.
Enterprises are advised to carefully review the instructions in the questionnaire regarding the method of response, the number of required copies, the form, and the deadline for submission to ensure full compliance with regulations.
