On July 8, 2025, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1978/QĐ-BCT, accompanied by an official notice on the initiation of the final review of the anti-dumping measures currently applied to certain H-beam steel products originating from Malaysia (Case code: ER01.AD12).
To serve the investigation process, the investigating authority has issued a questionnaire to relevant parties to collect the necessary information and data. Details are as follows:
Public release of the questionnaire:
The questionnaire has been published through the following official channels:
• Trade Remedies Submission System: https://online.trav.gov.vn
• Website of the Trade Remedies Authority: www.pvtm.gov.vn
• Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Portal: www.moit.gov.vn
Deadline for submitting responses:
Before August 29, 2025 (Hanoi time).
Submission method:
• Online submission via the Trade Remedies Submission System at: https://online.trav.gov.vn
• Detailed instructions on the submission procedure are provided in the appendix to the questionnaire.
Important note:
If the investigating authority does not receive a timely response, or receives incomplete or inaccurate information, the provisions under Article 9 of Decree No. 86/2025/NĐ-CP regarding non-cooperation in trade remedy investigations will be applied to the relevant party.
