On April 1, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 914/QD-BCT on the imposition of a temporary anti-dumping duty on certain coated steel products from China and South Korea (Case AD19).
To determine the scope of the products being investigated in this case, the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam (TRAV) will hold a public consultation for interested parties.
The consultation will take place from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Meeting Room 210, Building B, 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. The event will be organized both in-person and online via the Zoom platform. A link to the online meeting will be sent to registered emails before the event. Registration for the consultation must be completed by 5:00 PM on May 12, 2025.
TRAV requests interested parties to register for the consultation using the registration form provided in the attached document. Applications and any consultation materials (if any) must be submitted through the Trade Remedies Online Submission System (TRAV ONLINE – https://online.trav.gov.vn) of the investigating authority.
To protect their legitimate interests, manufacturers and exporters should familiarize themselves with the procedure and actively contact Vietnamese law firms specializing in anti-dumping and trade remedy for timely assistance.
