As part of this process, TRAV (the Investigating Authority) has sent review questionnaires to relevant foreign producers/exporters for response. The deadline for submitting responses is April 3, 2025 (Hanoi time).
If the Investigating Authority does not receive timely responses from foreign producers/exporters or if the submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete, the authority will rely on available information to make determinations in accordance with Article 75 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.
The questionnaire provides detailed instructions on how to complete each section, submission formats, and deadlines.
