On July 18, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Notice No. 92/TB-PVTM regarding the organization of a public consultation session for the anti-dumping investigation of wind turbine towers from China.
Based on Article 70 of the Law on Foreign Trade Management 2017 and Article 13 of Decree No. 10/2018/NĐ-CP, the investigating authority will organize a public consultation session on the anti-dumping investigation of wind turbine tower products from China (case code: AD18).
Details of the consultation session are as follows:
- Time: 09:00-12:00, Thursday, August 22, 2024 (Hanoi time).
- Location: Meeting Room 301 – 23 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
- Format: Both in-person and online.
- Language: The spoken and written language used in the consultation will be Vietnamese. Related parties have the right to use other languages, but there must be translation into Vietnamese, which must be certified for accuracy, and they will be responsible before the law for the translated content.
- Deadline for registration and content submission: Before 17:00 on August 14, 2024 (Hanoi time).
The registration form (attached) and consultation content (if any) must be submitted through the online trade remedies dossier system. The investigating authority will only consider registration forms for the public consultation session received before 17:00 on August 14, 2024 (Hanoi time) through the TRAV ONLINE system.
Additionally, after completing the submission of documents via TRAV ONLINE, companies can send the registration form and consultation content (if any) in writing or by email within the deadline specified in this notice.
