On October 1, 2024, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced an extension of the review period for normal value and export price of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Vietnam, as well as from several other countries.
Due to the complexity of the case, the CBSA intends to issue its final conclusions by January 31, 2025. The updated review schedule is as follows:

| August 6, 2024 | Deadline for exporters to submit responses to the investigation questionnaire |

| By noon, December 12, 2024 (Eastern Standard Time) | Submission of comments by interested parties |
| By noon, December 19, 2024 (Eastern Standard Time) | Response to comments by interested parties |
| January 31, 2025 | CBSA issues its final determination |

This review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the orders of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT).
