On October 1, 2024, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced an extension of the review period for normal value and export price of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Vietnam, as well as from several other countries.
Due to the complexity of the case, the CBSA intends to issue its final conclusions by January 31, 2025. The updated review schedule is as follows:
