Consul Legalisation

Hope this email finds you well.

I’ve done International Baccalaureate (Middle Years Programme) from Vientiane International school in Vientiane Laos, in 2021. I’m now applying for admissions in Bulgarian universities, as per the admission requirements I need to submit legalised educational documents. I understand I need to get my IB certificates verified from the Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs in Laos before I send it to the Bulgarian embassy for legalisation. Could you please help me understand the process for this legalisation at the Bulgarian embassy in Hanoi and the time it would take?
