Dear ASL Law,
I am writing to request assistance in claiming unpaid wages. I have recently tendered my resignation, though I am yet to sign a letter of resignation. I intend to list my reason for liquidating the labour contract as: Employer breach of contract- failure to pay wages.
My final day of work is the 28th of February. I will then be returning to Australia on the 5th of March. I would like to know what my options are in pursuing this matter. Specifically, I would like to know what is required in sending a letter of demand, and what the steps would be after that.
If you could provide any advice, as well as an idea of the expected costs involved in hiring your services, I would be greatly appreciative.
